With the mighty Hobo ’s daunting victory over those greedy bees, the snatching of some delicious honey is all but certain!  And although I’m not sure on whether bees have a sense of smell, CARTOON bees do, so suck on them eggs!

Sorry about the lack of comicky goodness on Friday.  I was a bit overwhelmed with stuff to do and just couldn’t get around to it.  Hopefully that won’t happen again anytime soon (I’m looking at you, community college teachers and your assignments).

Woooo!   Working on the weekend… but I’m backdating this to Friday so no one will ever know it was late.

Well, school is going to be interesting.  I just finished my first week back, and I have to say, it is NOTHING like the show Community led me to believe it would be.  At 28, I am by far the oldest in most of my classes, and I have yet to be invited to a kickass study group with Chevy Chase.  But whatever.  As long as there is still paintball.

There will be paintball, right?

Way to stay busy sir!  It’s a shame I lack artistic ability and a working knowledge of comicpress or I would totally squeeze in a few updates in between my sleep, fish, eat schedule, or my not so different fall schedule of sleep , hunt, eat.

Anyways, to all the diehard fuzzimaniacs out there, remember to eat your vitamins, say your prayers, and stay in school, BROTHER! Or we will run wild all over you!

Whew!  This is coming late, which may turn into a regular Wednesday thing (instead of a Tuesday thing, as you may be accustomed to).  Reason: I started school again!  School of the Community College variety.   Fun stuff.    Speaking of school, how bout some financial aid?   I’m running out of comic book money, and that is never a good thing.

Yes! Carnival time.  Stay tuned folks there’s a lot of weird stuff that goes on at hometown fairs, ours is a mere month away! The Black Patch festival in our town of Princeton I guess technically is supposed to be about good ol’  tobacco but thanks to stupid people  it is now all about how many things you can deep fry and silly string.  I just don’t see how coronaries, heart disease, and being covered in  sticky orange and blue junk is better than lung cancer!  I may dress up as Joe Camel and pass out smokes to children like the good old days, I mean c’mon it’s Black Patch for god sakes!

Oh, I almost forgot, BIG NEWS (for me, dammit)!  There will be a newspaper article about our comic strip in the Kentucky New Era tomorrow.   I am actually anxious to read it myself.  I don’t know if it will be posted online or not, but if you live in the Clarksville/Hopkinsville area (or mostly anywhere in Western KY) pick one up!  My smiling, cross-eyed face (I’m scared of how the pictures turned out, dunno if they’ll even be in the article) should grace the paper somewhere on the inside.

Hobo lingo ftw.  I think I may officially make my moniker “sky pilot” !  We are bringing back insults from the roarin’ 20’s people so be sure to try a few out on your grandparents I’m sure they’ll appreciate it.  A word to the media elites if I may… Since my nearly certain rise to fame is upon us, let me assure you I will make time in my extremely busy schedule of watching netflix and fending off the temptation to play Warcraft to do as many interviews and TV appearances as you wish to deservingly bestow upon me (Alpha Dog of the Week would be nice eh Colbert). Just make sure I don’t miss any Dolphin’s games come football season!

Nevertheless the adventure continues, this week showcasing the the entrancing conversations one is bound to have in their lifetime especially while living in the good ol’ state of Kentucky. Not exactly what I had drawn up but who can argue with a success rainbow!  As you can probably tell this strip has nothing to do with the previous story arc, but from these 3 panels anything can happen right?  It’s not like we had an interview with a local paper this week and Chris worked overtime and we forgot to plan ahead for Fridays post so I pulled an idea I had wanted to do for a long time time off of a corkboard in our “Studio” I mean c’mon we be professionals!
